Alex : Yes! All classes continue in July. I wait until the last week in June to fill the July schedule but basically the same schedule rolls over. We will continue with Doonya every Thursday at 6pm and on some Saturdays of the month!

ProFIT Club: Hi Jay; Doonya classes are every Thursday at 6pm. We will also have a Doonya class this Saturday at 10am. No need to register for class, all you have to do is come 5 to 10mins before class. Regular workout clothes and shoes will be perfect. Anything else you would like to know?
