Enjoy the newest format added to the Hit It!® Fitness Catalogue, Hit It! Hardcore,  designed to strengthen your core focusing on our troublesome spots, Abs, Glutes and Back. After a 7-8min. cardio warm-up we really get down to business on the stability ball and on the floor isolating each muscle group and challenging ourselves to get out of our comfort zone and really burn the fat into lean muscle.

Celebrate your body, mind, and one of the most festive cultures of the world through Doonya! At Doonya, you’ll follow along to cardio and conditioning intervals of varying intensity, each activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs. The energy and expressions of Bollywood-inspired music and dance will keep you smiling as you burn up to 800 calories while learning dance and fitness fundamentals. 

 

By using your own resistance and muscle control, you’ll leave with a stronger core, lengthened limbs and increased stamina to keep you invigorated for the rest of your day. Doonya is your happy workout.  Doonya is an AAFA and ACE accredited program.

 

 


Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a generic term and refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones.  The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body-especially the main channel, the spine-so that energy can flow freely.  You should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
 
     

 

Hit It!® Kickboxing is a fusion of nightlife and Kickboxing/Boxing/Tae-Kwon-Do producing an explosive hour of fun. The workout with fast musical rhythms is designed for intense cardiovascular conditioning that aims to reshape the arms, legs, glutes and abdominal muscles and designed for all ages and fitness levels. This fast-paced class will have everyone punching, kicking and thumping to the latest hip-hop sets and hot dances mixes in a party-like atmosphere.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated

drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and

Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour,

strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer

physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

 Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™,

you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock,

rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is

hand-selected by music enthusiasts, drummers and

POUND founders Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is connecting the movement of breath with physical postures (asanas). This coordination allows the students to remain within the present moment. Taught with alignment, breathe and modification cues, vinyasa class will be sure to help students increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduce levels of stress. 

 

 

Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

 

 

Zumba® Toning Zumba® Toning  –  When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. We also use the chair for a few songs to get a killer lower body workout and then we do a few songs just to let our inner sexy out.

ProFIT Club: Hit It HardCORE's primary focus is on the CORE, Abs, Glutes, back and legs. The Total Body Sculpt is working upper and lower body with hand weights, barbell, stability ball and floor exercises. Both equally good workouts.

ProFIT Club: Hello Guest 9991, Shhh is a low impact cardio class where we work each muscle group to slower sexier music. We fine tune our muscles, and our inner sexy through different movements.
