At Doonya, you’ll follow along to cardio and conditioning intervals of varying intensity, each activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs. The energy and expressions of Bollywood-inspired music and dance will keep you smiling as you burn up to 800 calories while learning dance and fitness fundamentals.

Hit It!® Kickboxing is a fusion of nightlife and Kickboxing/Boxing/Tae-Kwon-Do producing an explosive hour of fun. The workout with fast musical rhythms is designed for intense cardiovascular conditioning that aims to reshape the arms, legs, glutes and abdominal muscles and designed for all ages and fitness levels. This fast-paced class will have everyone punching, kicking and thumping to the latest hip-hop sets and hot dances mixes in a party-like atmosphere.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated

drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and

Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour,

strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer

physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

 Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™,

you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock,

rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is

hand-selected by music enthusiasts, drummers and

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is connecting the movement of breath with physical postures (asanas). This coordination allows the students to remain within the present moment. Taught with alignment, breathe and modification cues, vinyasa class will be sure to help students increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduce levels of stress. 

 

 

Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. Zumba® Toning Zumba® Toning  –  When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. ProFIT Club: Hi Guest 4051 it's Zumba, just a bit easier to follow, great for the first timers or older population. You still work up a sweat, music ranges from current selections to oldies but goodies.

ProFIT Club: Hello Guest 3132 to answer your question for the 12 class pack, you can use it however you want, but it expires in 2 months. You don't have to spread it out, come as often as you like. As for your the question on diet and exercise, of course you will. Weight loss success is 80% diet and 20% exercise. You can't outexercise a bad diet. If you are looking for an accountability group I do have a private one set up on facebook and would be happy to add you in. Send me an IM or friend me Heidi Wallace and I'll add you in.
