Enjoy the newest format added to the Hit It!® Fitness Catalogue, Hit It! Hardcore,  designed to strengthen your core focusing on our troublesome spots, Abs, Glutes and Back. After a 7-8min. cardio warm-up we really get down to business on the stability ball and on the floor isolating each muscle group and challenging ourselves to get out of our comfort zone and really burn the fat into lean muscle. 

 

Doonya Dance & Fitness

At Doonya, you’ll follow along to cardio and conditioning intervals of varying intensity, each activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs. The energy and expressions of Bollywood-inspired music and dance will keep you smiling as you burn up to 800 calories while learning dance and fitness fundamentals. 

 

By using your own resistance and muscle control, you’ll leave with a stronger core, lengthened limbs and increased stamina to keep you invigorated for the rest of your day. Doonya is your happy workout.  Doonya is an AAFA and ACE accredited program.

 

 


Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a generic term and refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones.  The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body-especially the main channel, the spine-so that energy can flow freely.  You should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
 
     

 

Hit It!® Kickboxing is a fusion of nightlife and Kickboxing/Boxing/Tae-Kwon-Do producing an explosive hour of fun. The workout with fast musical rhythms is designed for intense cardiovascular conditioning that aims to reshape the arms, legs, glutes and abdominal muscles and designed for all ages and fitness levels. This fast-paced class will have everyone punching, kicking and thumping to the latest hip-hop sets and hot dances mixes in a party-like atmosphere.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated

drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and

Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour,

strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer

physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

 Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™,

you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock,

rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is

hand-selected by music enthusiasts, drummers and

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is connecting the movement of breath with physical postures (asanas). This coordination allows the students to remain within the present moment. Taught with alignment, breathe and modification cues, vinyasa class will be sure to help students increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduce levels of stress. 

 

 

Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. Zumba® Toning Zumba® Toning  –  When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. ProFIT Club: Yes LIsa, modifications are given for every class. If you find yourself, unable to keep up, do what you can, just slow down a bit so you're able to successfully complete the class.

ProFIT Club: Marissa you might want to try out the Hit It!® Kickboxing class you get both in that one class and you will see results quickly. I also teach a Total Body Sculpt as well. We start out with 7-9min cardio warm up and then work each muscle group with hand weights, barbell, stability ball and resistance bands.
Marissa: thank you! Its so hard to decide which class to take. I did the groupon last nov/dec and loved all the classes. But i definitely need a combo of cardio and toning.
ProFIT Club: Hi Marissa, Shhh is a low impact sexy cardio class. We work each major muscle group with music ranging from country, rock, reggae, gogo, r&b and more. Then there are songs that we can just be sexy with and we also do a couple of chair songs strengthening our lower body. The class is a blast, and we don't sweat, we sparkle!

Guest_8364: Once your body gets use to a particular routine, its programmed and no longer challenging, so healthy weight loss decreases in a major way. But most importantly, weight loss is 75% nutrition and 25% fitness, in my experience and belief. You want to really focus on what you are or are not eating and begin eating healthier foods. The truth is, if you are eating a SAD - Standard American Diet, your will not see much results. I wish you the best in your health and wellness journey.
Guest_8364: @Guest6915 - Most people have the tendency to plateau or come to a halt when it comes to losing weight the healthy way. Your mind and body is a powerful machine.
ProFIT Club: Thank you for the feedback. Angie works very hard to give everyone her best at all times. Maybe its time to switch up your routine a bit and try a different Zumba class or maybe something a bit more challenging for you to really kick your weightloss in to gear like the Kickboxing class.

ProFIT Club: the T.B.S class is 7-8min. cardio warmup, then isolating each muscle group and working out with barbells and/or handweights working each muscle group for 3-4mins. Including upper, lower, and core.
