After a 7-8min. cardio warm-up we really get down to business on the stability ball and on the floor isolating each muscle group and challenging ourselves to get out of our comfort zone and really burn the fat into lean muscle.

pop music, Zoca brings together these two rich cul­tures to cre­ate a highly effec­tive

Hit It!® Kickboxing is a fusion of nightlife and Kickboxing/Boxing/Tae-Kwon-Do producing an explosive hour of fun. The workout with fast musical rhythms is designed for intense cardiovascular conditioning that aims to reshape the arms, legs, glutes and abdominal muscles and designed for all ages and fitness levels. This fast-paced class will have everyone punching, kicking and thumping to the latest hip-hop sets and hot dances mixes in a party-like atmosphere.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated

drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and

Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour,

strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer

physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

 Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™,

you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock,

rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is

hand-selected by music enthusiasts, drummers and

POUND founders Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom.

Your Wednesday Vinyasa Yoga class now has a new name! Join us for Mixed Level

Yoga - a Vinyasa style yoga class that connects movement and breath with physical

postures (asanas). This coordination allows the students to remain within the

present moment. Taught with alignment, breathe and modification cues, Mixed

Level Yoga will be sure to help students increase muscle strength, endurance,

flexibility and reduce levels of stress.  Prior yoga experience recommended. 



Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.



Zumba® Toning Zumba® Toning  –  When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
