Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Vinyasa Flow - Like Hatha, Vinyasa is a general term that is used to describe many different types of classes. Vinyasa, which means breath-synchronized movement, tends to be a more vigorous style based on the performance of a series of poses called Sun Salutations, in which movement is matched to the breath. A Vinyasa class will typically start with a number of Sun Salutations to warm up the body for more intense stretching that's done at the end of class.

 

Kundalini -The emphasis in Kundalini is on the breath in conjunction with physical movement, with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards. All asana practices make use of controlling the breath. But in Kundalini, the exploration of the effects of the breath (also called prana, meaning energy) on the postures is essential.

 

Ashtanga -Ashtanga, which means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Ashtanga practice is very physically demanding because of the constant movement from one pose to the next. In yoga terminology, this movement is called flow. Ashtanga is also the inspiration for what is often called Power Yoga. If a class is described as Power Yoga, it will be based on the flowing style of Ashtanga, but not necessarily keep strictly to the set Ashtanga series of poses.

Doonya is the ACE-approved, full body, cardio and strength building workout that helps you find your inner Bollywood star! Hit It!® Kickboxing is a fusion of nightlife and Kickboxing/Boxing/Tae-Kwon-Do producing an explosive hour of fun. The workout with fast musical rhythms is designed for intense cardiovascular conditioning that aims to reshape the arms, legs, glutes and abdominal muscles and designed for all ages and fitness levels. This fast-paced class will have everyone punching, kicking and thumping to the latest hip-hop sets and hot dances mixes in a party-like atmosphere.

Finally Fit is a program specifically designed to teach you the tools needed to get fit and stay fit. The process is simple; we make you the best athlete you can be, and then your body does the job for you. Through strength, stability, cadrio, and conditioning drills, your body will transform into an athletic fat burning machine.

This class combines simple athletic drills in a unique and novel Group Fitness environment that will motivate you to finish hard and strong. It is a body sculpting, heart pumping class that is sure to burn calories and shoot your energy through the roof! Challenge yourself with core, upper and lower body conditioning, while stimulating your metabolism with cardio and muscle toning.

ProFIT Club: Guest 9901, HardCORE is a class focusing strictly on the core: abs, back, glutes, we do 7-8min. cardio warm-up and then hit each of the muscle groups with different abs and glutes exercises. Yes it is fine for a beginner, you have to start somewhere right. Hope to see you soon.

ProFIT Club: Guest 7865 apologies for the lack of communication, I had gone out of town and found out at the last minute the instructor was still feeling sick. Quickest way to put the word out being it was an hour before class that I was made aware, was to have the neighbor post a sign outside.

ProFIT Club: Hello guest 9477, I haven't attended a Twerk fitness class yet, but in Shhh we use all generes of music, Working each muscle group to sexier songs as we really show a lot of love to our core. We also incoporate the chair with 2 muscle specific song focusing on legs and glutes and then another song just to feel sexy. It's a lot of fun. There is no class this Friday or next, it will be every other Friday in April beginning April 10.

ProFIT Club: Guest 7222 Shhh is a sexy cardio class. We work out to specific muscle groups to sexier music and use props such as the chair to focus on our core.

ProFIT Club: Hello Guest 3132 to answer your question for the 12 class pack, you can use it however you want, but it expires in 2 months. You don't have to spread it out, come as often as you like. As for your the question on diet and exercise, of course you will. Weight loss success is 80% diet and 20% exercise. You can't outexercise a bad diet.
