Zumbatomic® – Designed exclusively for kids (ages 6-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience.
Doonya
Doonya is the ACE-approved, full body, cardio and strength building workout that helps you find your inner Bollywood star! Founders Priya Pandya and Kajal Desai created a program where you use sexy hip shaking, sensuous hand intricacies and powerful footwork of Indian dance that burns up to 800 calories! In Bollywood, the glutes are tight, biceps are bulging and you work everything from your fingers to your calves to your core. Doonya’s intense classical conditioning program is one of hour of sweaty escapism where you leave the real world behind and live in the fantastical world of Bollywood. After every class, you’ll leave smiling and wanting more.
The unique Turbo Kick movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout. Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool down designed to maximize results and have fun at the same time!
Finally Fit is a program specifically designed to teach you the tools needed to get fit and stay fit.
