Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Vinyasa Flow - Like Hatha, Vinyasa is a general term that is used to describe many different types of classes. Vinyasa, which means breath-synchronized movement, tends to be a more vigorous style based on the performance of a series of poses called Sun Salutations, in which movement is matched to the breath. A Vinyasa class will typically start with a number of Sun Salutations to warm up the body for more intense stretching that's done at the end of class.


Kundalini -The emphasis in Kundalini is on the breath in conjunction with physical movement, with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards. All asana practices make use of controlling the breath. But in Kundalini, the exploration of the effects of the breath (also called prana, meaning energy) on the postures is essential.


Ashtanga -Ashtanga, which means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Ashtanga practice is very physically demanding because of the constant movement from one pose to the next. In yoga terminology, this movement is called flow. Ashtanga is also the inspiration for what is often called Power Yoga. If a class is described as Power Yoga, it will be based on the flowing style of Ashtanga, but not necessarily keep strictly to the set Ashtanga series of poses.




Doonya is the ACE-approved, full body, cardio and strength building workout that helps you find your inner Bollywood star! Hit It!® Kickboxing is a fusion of nightlife and Kickboxing/Boxing/Tae-Kwon-Do producing an explosive hour of fun. The workout with fast musical rhythms is designed for intense cardiovascular conditioning that aims to reshape the arms, legs, glutes and abdominal muscles and designed for all ages and fitness levels. This fast-paced class will have everyone punching, kicking and thumping to the latest hip-hop sets and hot dances mixes in a party-like atmosphere.

Finally Fit is a program specifically designed to teach you the tools needed to get fit and stay fit. The process is simple; we make you the best athlete you can be, and then your body does the job for you. Through strength, stability, cadrio, and conditioning drills, your body will transform into an athletic fat burning machine.

This class combines simple athletic drills in a unique and novel Group Fitness environment that will motivate you to finish hard and strong. It is a body sculpting, heart pumping class that is sure to burn calories and shoot your energy through the roof! Challenge yourself with core, upper and lower body conditioning, while stimulating your metabolism with cardio and muscle toning.

Regardless of your age or fitness level, Finally Fit is a safe and manageable program. Finally Fit was designed to give you lasting fitness knowledge and ability by letting you use your own body as your main training tool.  The program was designed by athlete and trainer, Lubomyr Murashchik, so that you could LEARN your fitness on your way to achieving it.

Mannequin22: Can I just walk in to try any class? Iam new at the area and want to get a good kickboxing/cardio class but don't want to commit with any memberships until I've tried it. Thanks

ProFIT Club: we also use the stability ball and resistance bands.
ProFIT Club: the T.B.S class is 7-8min. cardio warmup, then isolating each muscle group and working out with barbells and/or handweights working each muscle group for 3-4mins. Including upper, lower, and core.
R1: Hi could you please tell me what the Total Body Sculpt class is like? Thank you!
ProFIT Club: Not at this time Amarelis, but we are considering the change from Wed. night to Thursday. Will keep everyone posted.
